Whether you plan to move into an apartment or you are headed to college and plan to live in a dormitory we can help ease the financial burden of furnishing and decorating your new space.

Criteria: 

• Be actively participating in a DSS program within the Triad
• Be between the ages of 18 and 21 
• Be employed and working at least 30 hours per week and/or enrolled in school full-time 

If you meet the minimum criteria, please complete the following application.  All information will be reviewed and verified for accuracy. 

Please note that all eligibility information provided in the application will be verified prior to approval. Please allow 72 hours for a response.
